These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by the business named in Contact Us below ("we," "us," "our"). Please read them carefully.

2. What the Site Does
The Site provides information about our storage units, sizes, and pricing, and lets you contact us to ask about or reserve a unit.
Contacting us or reserving a unit through the Site does not create a rental contract. A unit rental begins only when you sign our rental agreement (lease). Your rental and use of a storage unit are governed by that signed rental agreement. If the rental agreement conflicts with these Terms, the rental agreement controls.
We may decline any request for any lawful reason, including if no unit of the requested size is available.
3. Rates, Availability, and Promotions
Unit prices, discounts, and availability shown on the Site (including "starting at" prices and the number of units left) are for general information only and are not guaranteed. The rate for your unit is the one stated in your signed rental agreement.
Promotions and discounts may have additional terms, expiration dates, and unit availability limits, and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information, or submit a request for someone else without their permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or copy content or data from the Site using automated means, except for standard search engine indexing
- Send spam or bulk messages or reservation requests
- Interfere with the Site or its security features, or try to gain unauthorized access to them
- Upload viruses or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or business
We may block access or reject submissions if we believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Content You Submit
If you submit information, feedback, or other content through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to respond to your request and provide our services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Site's content without our written permission.

Content on the Site, including unit size suggestions, is general information, not advice for your specific situation.
This section applies to the Site only. Your unit rental is governed by your signed rental agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, employees, and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver.
